In this type of cut, fine abrasive abrasive material is added to the water. The union of water, air and abrasive materializes in the mixing chamber to later accelerate it and to focus it. The result of this method is a powerful energy jet, capable of cutting, separating or drilling materials of different thicknesses and density, such as metals, ceramics, natural stone or armored glass, among others.
